Troy Chiasson
Troy will be joining the Jacks this season as the Assistant Coach. Troy brings a vast wealth of coaching experience which includes six years in the Nova Scotia Major Hockey League and two years in the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League as both a Head Coach and an Assistant Coach. Troy also brings his experience as a team leader for the Nova Scotia High Performance Program.
Troy is excited to get the season started with the Jacks!
Justin Blackmore

Justin was born and raised in Miramichi, New Brunswick. Justin played competitive hockey in the area while spending lots of time at local rinks and closely following junior hockey in the Maritimes. Justin was previously a scout for the Campbellton Tigers and he currently resides in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Outside of scouting, Justin works in HR for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and is Vice-President of Competitive Hockey for the Moncton Minor Hockey Association. He is currently completing his master’s degree at Université de Moncton.
Justin is happy to be back with the Lumberjacks for a second season!
Andre Lefebvre
Andre is currently the Hockey Development Professional with Bedford Minor Hockey and has an extensive background of coaching over the last 20+ years. He has most recently coached with Halifax Wolverines Major U15s as Head Coach, Dalhousie Men’s Varsity in the AUS (skills coach), in the NSU18MHL with the Cole Harbour Wolfpack, Valley Wildcats, the NSU15MHL (Gulls & Halifax), St. Mary’s Huskies (AUS), the MHL (East Hants, Dartmouth) and at various minor hockey levels, and was named the 2018-19 NS Major U18 Coach of the Year. He has also been a part of Hockey Canada’s 2017 National U17 Program Selection Camp and Hockey NS High Performance program in various roles for the last 10 seasons.
He was part of the 2014 Male U14 ACC Gold Medal winning team as Head Coach, the 2015 Male U16 QMJHL Gatorade Challenge Silver Medal winning team as an Asst. Coach and was the Head Coach of the 2017 & 2018 U16 QMJHL Gatorade Challenge Teams. Andre has also worked as a Head Scout for the Yarmouth Mariners for the last two and a half Seasons, as Atlantic Scout for Val D’or and Shawinigan in the QMJHL and is currently the Nova Scotia Scout for the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL.
Andre won back to back Atlantic Major Midget Titles as a player and was drafted by Val D’or of the QMJHL and played for Valleyfield in the LHJAAAQ. He is very excited to be joining the Lumberjacks in this new role and is looking forward to working and contributing to the success of the team and players for years to come. He lives in Bedford NS with his wife Christine, and two sons John-Pierre and Roderick.
